moss logicAI systems & consulting

AI that knows how your business works.

We don’t sell you tools you don’t need. We spend most of our time on discovery, so you get a system you own: your data, your accounts, and room to plug in or swap any AI tool as the market changes. We take on a small number of small clients on purpose, so you get ongoing, hands-on service instead of a one-and-done project.

How a company memory sits between your sources and your tools Documents, decisions and people feed one organized company memory, which your team and your AI tools both read from. Documents Decisions People Your company memory Organized context · Appropriate access Your team Your AI tools

Your team keeps explaining the same things.

Information is everywhere. The answer exists in a document, a thread, or someone’s head, and finding it is a job.

Every new client means starting over. Folders, briefs, checklists and shared context get rebuilt by hand.

AI starts without the background. You tried a tool; it gave generic answers because it had none of your context. The tool wasn’t the problem.

Keep the knowledge. Build on the work.

A company memory gives your people and your AI tools one organized record of what matters: sources, decisions, working instructions, context. With defined access, a named owner, and a process for keeping it current. You own it from day one.

How it works →

Start where you are.

1 · Assess — find the useful work. Map the process, scan what you have, rank the gaps, pick a practical first step. 2–3 weeks, fixed fee.

2 · Build — make it work together. Your company memory and agent workspace first, then one workflow per statement of work, each shipped manual-first.

3 · Run — keep it working. A managed retainer by default, or a documented handoff to your team. Either way you own everything.

One practical example: a better start for every new client.

Approved intake becomes a proposed workspace, a draft brief, an assigned checklist and searchable client context. A person reviews it before anything moves. Illustrative; scope and connections are agreed per engagement.

Clear expectations from day one.

A defined scope. Deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are written into the engagement.

People stay accountable. Each workflow states what AI may prepare and what a person must approve.

Your information stays yours. Your accounts, your data, separated from every other client. Ownership, hosting and transfer terms are explicit.

Product thinking. Hands-on building.
